She specialised in Royal-Icing art and is recognized as the top artist of Royal-icing in India. The Pune-based, international cake artist has just made it to the World Book of Records, London, for a 100-kilo replica of the Milan Cathedral. She began her career as a financial analyst in a multinational firm before realising her true call. She then did a diploma in baking and there was no looking back.
