With over three decades of exemplary service to the petroleum industry, Dr. Bastia has been instrumental in placing India on the global oil and gas map. He led several major exploration programmes, including the world’s largest gas discovery in 2002 in the Krishna Godavari basin, along with 54 other discoveries.
