Mr. Anil Pradhan, India's Ideas Man, is a visionary educator and innovative engineer. He was born in the village of Baral, Odisha, and moved to Bhopal for education. He was the chief designer for Asia's first university rocket team, VSLV. Anil's return to his rural roots in 2017 fuelled his mission to provide hands-on education in underserved communities. After engineering, he chose to launch an education revolution over lucrative job opportunities.
Anil established "Young Tinker", which revolutionised hands-on learning in India. Young Tinker Spaces targeted STEM education, innovation, and leadership, affecting 247,000 students. Anil has received the 3M CII Young Innovation Award and the Breakthrough of the Year Award at Berlin Science Week.
