Rishikesh Amit Nayak, 17, from Bhubaneshwar, is working on a project called "Kishan Knows". Through this project, Rishikesh has made a product that is cheap, long-lasting, and friendly to farmers that can find crop damage caused by pests and microbes that can't be seen. This product is easy for all kinds of farmers to use because it doesn't need any special training or complicated instructions. The device's IoT (Internet of Things) technology and AI (artificial intelligence)-based model let it find microbial attacks in just 12 hours. It also accurately identifies the affected area of the farm and applies the right pesticide solution. This device finds microbes and pests early on, stops their growth, and helps crops grow faster.
After gaining knowledge about agriculture and technology, identify the challenges in the farming sector, such as resource scarcity and market access, and develop innovative tech-based solutions that can improve efficiency and productivity. Build a strong business plan, network with farmers and investors, and stay updated on sustainable and digital farming trends.
