The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Government of Odisha, successfully organised the fourteenth session of its state‑level webinar series on the theme “Career Prospects after Intermediate”. The session was designed for students of Classes 11 and 12 and their teachers to foreground the importance of informed career planning across science, commerce, arts, vocational and neutral pathways, while simultaneously strengthening students’ real‑life language and communication abilities for academic success, employability and confident self‑expression.
