The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Government of Odisha, successfully organised the ninth session of the webinar series. The webinar focused on the topic "Emotional Intelligence and Resilience"—a unique departure from previous sessions that concentrated on career pathways. This session emphasised that emotional intelligence is foundational to all success, whether academic or professional, and is a teachable skill that every student can develop. The webinar was attended by students and faculty members from multiple schools across Odisha. Students from Classes 11 and 12 participated with enthusiasm, recognising that understanding their emotions and building resilience directly impacts their school experience, examination performance, relationships with peers and teachers, and future prospects.
